Job Vacancy: Customer support officer by koladata(m): 8:22am On Sep 20, 2023
Minimum requirement: O-level with basic computer knowledge
Office Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
Salary: 25 - 45k

Job Description :
1. Documentation of customer database
2. Oversee and implement Online marketing of products and services
3. Procurement of hardware devices whenever the need arises.
4. Provide Installation and training on all products and services
5. Visit new Client for training and software implementation both in Lagos and upcountry
6. Create ads for marketing purposes for international clients
7. Keep appointments and set reminders on meetings
8. Provide supports with remote desktop to client when necessary.
