Stop talking thrash, Fuel price in Kano is 330, Lokoja is 280. It's only Abuja and Lagos that sells fuel cheap at the moment.

There is a well choreographed template used to increase the pain in the east! Fuel pump prices have always been higher in Eastern Nigeria for decades. Eastern Nigeria is closer to both the old refineries and the sea ports when compared to say Kano or sokoto. If you factor transportation and other logistical costs, you would expect the commodity to be higher in the north. But the opposite has always been the case.

It's also the same with power charges right from The NEPA days. Many northern villages enjoy constant power supply with little or no charges. But the NEPA bills at places like Onitsha or Nnewi are simply outrageous. It keeps getting worse with every new government and our people seem to have gotten used to this. They shouldn't! We are running a "One State, two policies" system. They're robbing the East to sustain the North and people are not seeing these.
