Most adults who were in the middle class would not touch it because they believe it's quite cheap and reserved for those who want to flex but don't have much cash to spare. Trophy beer did not gain much general acceptance until maybe after the global meltdown ( if I can remember correctly). It was only after then people started regarding Trophy as one of the cool beer brands.
