The accuser must be arrested and prosecuted So if any foe just allege against someone, bam court will issue warrant and police will arrest without any concrete investigation. It's an insult they are threatening him with arrest. If you see flimsy court cases that politicians bring to court daily, you ll know they are insane. They can say we should help file suit against opponents cos they look better than them. Too much of abuse of power. This is part of what's spoiling the democracy. And some govs don't obey court rulings. |
