Igbo drug agents buy drugs in South America (Brazil), ship it to Africa (mainly South Africa and to an extent Nigeria), drug consignments are then trafficked using drug mules to India .

The drug mules are mostly from the initial point of purchase in Brazil were destitute Igbos either just released from lengthy jail terms or those who can't find their feet are lured with money and free air fare to return back home while carrying the drugs on their person, luggages or in their bodies.

The drugs are then rerouted from Nigeria to SA or India using desperate igbos as couriers.

In SA some of the drugs smuggled via ships are then packaged in small consignments and using drug couriers moved to India.

The Igbo drug syndicate are now well established in Brazil, South Africa and India.

The barons behind this operation do not care about their couriers and street peddlers who happen to be heebo as well.

For every Obi Cubana, ten thousand heebo fall by the side.
