The last time I checked, Atiku contested and won the gubernatorial elections in Adamawa state in 1999 and the same year won the election that brought in Obj and himself as president and vice president. Take out time to study your country rather than hearsay. Have a nice day

PDP was an indomitable party in 99. There was no real opposition at the time. Atiku' is always looking for "already-made" political parties.

Do you know that Atiku narrowly won Adamawa in 2019? Compare Obi's Anambra State. The SE produced more votes for Obi in 2019 than it did for Obj, GEJ and Late Yar a dua. And if anyone thinks the SE will dump Obi for Atiku is clearly dreaming. The facts are online

Atiku's influence isn't really strong. Kwankwasor and Buhari are strong in the NE and NW. Now, with APC MM tickets, Obi' is like a demi-god in the Christian dominated SE, SS and Middle Belt/ NC states of Taraba, Venue, Plateau. Let's not talk about Southern Kaduna, Gombe and other states with minority Christian. You see why I said Atiku needs Obi, not the other way around.
