A lot of people come to that place to ask similar question but without reading you will get nowhere all internet business require reading and research.
If your problem is to buy online any virtual card can do that for you, but like I said no more bank rates, but if you truly want to send money abroad go to your bank for advice although you can also do that with your foreign account but the rate is high, black market rate

You can get a foreign account at grey.co or geegpay.com which you can use to receive or send money abroad at black market rate

Arbitrage is part of the reason why our nigerian cards are no longer working, government is aware of all the arbitrage going on that is why they have blocked all cards from international transactions
