Are you likely to have a free space to cook these soups in for up to 3 hours at a time (you’re going to have to be more specific about what vegetable soups in-particular you’re talking about, by the way) or do you live with kitchen-hogs who basically live to socialise in there all sodding day-and-night-long?

.. yes you can but it will not be smooth like the one done with a mincer. It will still be nice with little chunks of meat grin
