Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, demonstrated his football skills at the final of an annual football competition at Osogbo City Stadium on Sunday, IGBERETV reports.

The governor, who was dressed in sports wear, shared photos from the event via his Twitter handle on Monday.

His post read;

"Yesterday ,I led members of the Adeleke Dynasty and dignitaries to honour the memories of my elder brother the first civilian Governor of Osun State, Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke at the final of the annual football competition, Osogbo City Stadium as sponsored @bamidelesalamBS

"As a sports lover, I want to state that we will develop sports in Osun State, We shall rehabilitate our stadium to an international standard. Before our hundred days in office, the people of Osun will see the difference."

I'm glad that this man became a governor. He can keep gallivanting and drinking beer all around Osogbo, but in 6 months to a year, reality will set in and the people will realise their own welfare is more important than one man's personal ambition

Honestly, it's pathetic.

Firstly, that's not football skills. I watched the video, the man literally danced on the ball. Seems all that's in his head is dance and dance.

Secondly, I think "ambition" is too much of a compliment for this man. A better adjective would have been greed and nepotism.
His father has many children that are very brilliant and capable but his greedy siblings chose him because he's their mother's son. Someone that they couldn't allow to manage the smallest department of their business. Yet they decided to make him governor of a whole state.
This is pure wickedness.

Finally, the fact that Obi supporters cheered this man shows that they mean no good for our country. Remember that they also gave Obaseki the same level of support. Now, the people of Edo are enjoying the most clueless governance in the history of their state. God forbid that this man spends four years in Abeere and God forbid that Obi smells the fragrance of Aso Rock.

I pray God sees my beautiful Osun State through these dark times.
