This looks like the local Ekuke dog breed aka 404.

On a more serious note, It reminds me of the Basenji, a breed native to Africa. They might be related.

The poor dog seems to need 24 hours surveillance and not even you. The only thing that will make this dog bark or even attack someone is if Mr. Ukpong has come to carry her go Calabar.
