How can you say Kaankwanso should step down for anyone? He needs to run...to help divide the votes and minimize the effects of the votes that will accrue to both Atiku and Tinubu

He is more useful to Obi by running than by stepping down.

On this i agree with Kwankwaso. The person who asked that question was undiplomatic. There will be alliances and shifts till the eve of the election by the strong contenders.

Not all decisions will be made public to the media. Even when you desire someone to step down you also need to provide a soft landing such that the person will be relevant politically beyond that decision.

It has to be a WIN-WIN for both or all who formed that alliance.

A good example was CPC+ACN+AD=APC back in 2014 though that meager has formed a sour taste in the mouth of most Nigerians today.
