First off you need to know how a swing high or low forms or it’s formation.
For example, a swing high would have a candle in the left, middle and one one the right. That is a swing high.

Secondly you need to define a range in which you are, I’ll suggest HTF range; D1, H4 and H1(I use H4 & H1 depending on which has clear PA).

Thirdly, to easily spot liquidity, the last swing point above or below your supply/demand leaves or Poi are going to be attacked most times because it’s a fake move i.e Judas move to trick retail into early entry. They clear that area before the real move takes place most time but there are other factors and arrays that comes into play before this plays out like taking out an old low/high, break in market structure and the formation of that initial fake high or low that gets cleared before the real move.

### How do we internalize price delivery?

1. Do not trade patterns for patterns sake.
2. Do not trade indicator readings or momentum.
3. We look to enter longs where retail sells.

- **Smart money doesnt use indicators**, what they are specifially looking at is **time and price**. The most important thing is time and is the most crucial element. So time of day is vital when we are engaging price. Retail doesnt have any understanding or affinity for time.
- Smart money traders are not looking at price with a pattern to trade off. They are **looking at liquidity.**

2. The optimal formation of the Bearish ICT FVG, will be found after a run into buyside liquidity.

The bullish market strucuture shift

1. The market will see price delivery off a decline below an old low or lows, then quickly shift higher.
2. Significance is places on the term “quick” and with displacement higher. Not a small candle move higher or a wick only after a candle close. The candle need to be closed above the short term high.

### Example

In this example below, we had a run of BSL to the 15M highs. The daily BIAS were shorts. After the run of the 15M BSL, there was a short term low taken out on the 1M chart. This is our market structure shift. As you can see there is a displacement and a FVG. Thats the area where we take our short entry. Our first partial TP area would be in the FVG, because if you draw your fib from the swing low to the swing high the FVG comes in the discount area. The price can reverse here, so thats why we take partials at this level. Our second TP area would be the relative EQL, because EQL are like magnets
