Peter Obi, a man who carries his own suitcases, could be Nigeria’s next president This is a case of Goliath and David,” says Peter Obi, a long-shot candidate who has unexpectedly taken the lead in the race to become president of Africa’s most populous country. “The big people are there, but allow this small person to do it. And I know I can do it.”https://www.economist.com/middle-east-and-africa/2022/10/10/peter-obi-a-man-who-carries-his-own-suitcases-could-be-nigerias-next-president

Just the same way the economist predicted Atiku was going to win in 2019? THE ECONOMIST always picks the wrong candidate. |

It's becoming clearer every day They said he had no structure Some said they were four people twitting from a room Then they said he may only win his state Then some said he would drop out bf December Some said at best he would win only south east Someone else said he would not have more than 200 people in Kaduna Now there math is nothing mathing again Their agenda to push him as a tribal candidate is not "agenda-ing" again Every sane Nigeria and even people in the diaspora is seeing the writing all the wall Other candidates are clutching on to straws Oh February, why are you taking time to come I wan vote ooooo |

We Nigerian youths have already rejected Peter Obi. Atiku could not come, Peter Obi could become, but Tinubu would become. Even The Economist should know that it's the Economy, stupid. Who would put their hopes in an academic and administrative failure who could not grow Anambra economy over 8yrs, and was considered a curse and bad omen by his own people?

Most truly Neither of the two main candidates in the presidential election scheduled for February offers much hope for change. Mr Abubakar, a former customs official turned tycoon, was accused alongside his wife in 2010 by a us Senate committee report of being linked to the transfer of $40m in “suspect funds” to America. (He denies wrongdoing.) Mr Tinubu, an ex-governor of Lagos state, had his assets frozen in the 1990s by the American government, which said it had probable cause to believe the money was linked to drugs. Mr Tinubu, who has also denied wrongdoing, reached a settlement with the Americans whereby he agreed to forfeit $460,000.Bunch of criminals vying to be Nigeria's president... Our mumu din do. OBI-DATTI is the answer Tinubu a drug lord who forfeited a whooping $460,000 in order to escape imprisonment... Throwback: |

Obi would only play his role to stop Atiku, while the candidate that knows about growing the economy would take his oath of office by May 29th. Peter Obi, a man who carries his own suitcases, could be Nigeria’s next presidentIf Obi likes, let him carry his own suitcase, but he should stop carrying N250m of public funds in the suitcase from Anambra to Lagos. That is money laundering.
