you are the foolish one here, sorry but it is the truth, schools will be closed down during the election, so a lot of student will be at home and they cannot collect PVC then because the deadline would have expired long ago, and most likely there may be vehicle to take some home not all. Don't also forget that they said it is yahoo boys that are behind Obidient movement, if that is true, then expect chartered flight to pick some people at the last minute. e go shock una las las.
