Indeed. We must ask why Lagos has been virtually the only Nigerian State on a blistering upward trajectory since 1999, regardless of the Party in charge of the Presidency and centre, if everything is by Party rather than by driven, focused, innovative and effective leadership.

Was Lagos not in opposition hand for 16 years PDP held the Presidency from 1999 to 2015?

Even under APC , 2015 to 2023, it can be argued many States have regressed badly but never Lagos that continues to move from strength to strength to be the favourite relocation of all folks from.all across Nigeria.
