Lol lunatic Obiidiots cut the video. Some part of Lagos is a refuse dump when Asiwaju took over and he turned it from that dirty state to a true mega city. He has always made reference to that and infact if you watch his documentary, he mentioned how the current Oriental hotel used to be a massive refuse dump which he cleared and now it houses massive investment like Oriental hotel. We also have his video when he was governor where he said Lagos is a jungle and because of the dirt, he will clear it up and people that are not happy can go to their own jungle.
