In 2010, then Gov. Peter Obi signed an MoU with a company called "Globim Corporation" for the design and construction of monorail in Onitsha, Anambra state. Globim Corporation is acclaimed to be a company based in Canada and purportedly owned by a Nigerian; Dr Jude Igwemezie.
But a quick check on the company's website; www.globim.com shows that the company doesn't have any record of engaging in any project like that in it's history. Infact the website looks like something that was hastily put up. Also another check on the website shows it was registered in 2011; a year after it was awarded such a huge contract!? What happened to the project till now is unknown as there is no sign of that project ever being inaugurated in Onitsha or Anambra till this day even after 13years.
This is looking like a perfect case of money laundering. Peter Obi's corrupt fingerprints are everywhere for people who are ready to see.
Peter Obi is indeed looking like a well packaged fraud...may God help us!

If you caught Peter Obi stealing Anambra money, call our (or EFCC's) attention to it. Having government officials who steal public funds is one of the biggest challenges of this country.

Everyone wants Nigeria's wealth to circulate properly, not a few privileged people looting the money and giving the rest peanuts and expecting to be worshipped for it. Until then, everything remains immaterial.

Same Globim was awarded a similar rail contract by both Enugu and Abia state government around the same time with nothing on ground till date to show for it.

Globim also signed similar contracts and MoUs with both the government of Abia and Enugu.

There's no way there won't have been a committed agreement involving funding even if it's just to carry out feasibility studies and planning for the project.

Same agreement was signed by Globim with both Enugu and Abia state around the same time and there's nothing on ground like in Anambra.
