True . There should be a clear legal document undertaken by polling officials that if they return with over voting or more votes than accredited voters ,they are going straight to jail . Because how do you over vote ? In fact , I think inec should also only give the exact number of ballot paper for the exact number of accredited voters per unit . If they like they should rig each unit but it can never be more than what is in each unit ( which will become difficult to rig ) .

But same BVAs worked very well in Edo, Anambara, some rerun elections and that of Ekiti? Wonderful. Are you aware that it was same BVAS that revealed the overvoting in osun? That's why I didn't say much of Adeleke's victory cos technology behind BVAS is superb

Let me tell you something some of you don't know about BVAS you're all aftaid of. BVAS is good for all the candidates cos it would reduce electoral fraud, especially in states where the candidates don't have an upper hand. You can only manipulate votes by way of swaying voters in your strongholds, not in other places. BVAS will save any candidate with less popularity outside of their strongholds cos rigging would be minimized. The only means of rigging would be by swaying ( influencing) voters and not by overvoting.

The case won't end at tribunal, there's still an appeal court to decide, then the supreme court. I wish both parties good luck

What Are the implications of Osun Election Tribunal on INEC use of BIVAS?
With the nullification of 749 Polling Units, by the Tribunal means. INEC may not control the election.

1. BVAS cannot quaratee free and fair elections 2. BVAS can be manipulated to facilitate rigging ,overvoting and irregularities. 3 Results posted on the INEC servers can be manipulated by compromised INEC officers 4. BVAS do not have how people vote but how they are acccredited. 5 Free and fair elections are not quarateed in the next elections.6 Results can be manipulated even with BVAS. 7 All those things are factors that worked against Adelekes B Ede votes were manipulated on a grander scale so much so that twisted results were uploaded on INEC site.
