Even though I registered in 2011, I've never voted in a presidential election because I never collected my PVC. Even though the first president i campaigned for is Goodluck Jonathan, I did so mainly because I knew the trap that Nigerians were foolishly falling into in 2015.

On the first day, at INEC collection centre, they said my PVC wasn't found. I has to go back the following day for them to take my details for possible reprint. 2 weeks later and two more visits, I have my PVC. Some of the takeaway:

1) In the city, the majority of voters are youths.

2) Igbos outside the SE seems to have woken up from their political lethargy and lack of interest in elections. This could be because an Igbo man they consider capable is contesting. The majority of PVC collectors I met are Igbos.

3) The Middle-belt also among the highest demography collecting PVCs...

4) Majority of collectors are Christians. Is it that the Muslims are disenchanted with Buhari's performance or they feel there is nothing at stake now unlike in 2015?

All the factors are pointing to an Obi victory, especially with the dominance of the youths. It's obvious that the urban centers would be swept by the Labour Party. What's left to be seen is if it'll be enough to win Obi the presidency.

Obi will struggle to have up to 500k votes.

Where he would have performed well, IPOB have made it clear there will be no election there. Absolute Majority of his 500k votes will still com from Igbos though.

I know your dread...that the Igbo you hate will soon rule over you as a Yoruba Muslim.

What I love about this election is the unity among the youths. Even as we congregated at INEC, all the youths seems to have reached a consensus that PO is the best. Anyway, I didn't see Yoruba Muslim youths there since you guys never cross Ogbomoso.

From your report, it's obvious you are in Abuja.
The kind of defeat Tinubu and Atiku are going to suffer here is going to be tremendous. These two oldies are very terrible humans, still I feel nothing but pity for them.

I have gotten used to Peter Obi as the president of the federal republic of Nigeria.
He’s just waiting to take over from the incumbent.

It is now imperative that you travel outside Yoruba land so that you will know that the world is bigger than your ewedu farm.
People don't comply to sit at home any more.
Only few "fear fear" people sit at home.

There will be no election in Biafra land

There will be a sit at home tomorrow and people will comply

Absolute majority of Igbos will comply by not coming out to vote on that day.

The total votes from the South East won't be up to 500k
