Going under the knife to get rid of excess fat costs a lot of money which which she worked for. It takes time which she should have used to make more money. Dude, whichever way you look at it, she worked for her new look. If it were so easy, a lot of girls would have been doing it. Cutting off excess body fat via surgery is not a bad thing. It's not so different from cutting out appendix or tumor. Excess fat doesn't add any value and getting rid of it doesn't hurt other party. So the comparison with yahoo was the first signal of your shallow mindedness.
