hisexcellency34:You can see how these northerners are united and scheming hard to put in another Fulani man after their own Fulani son is about to finish 8yrs of ruling Nigeria. Meanwhile we still have some foolish southerners throwing their weight behind another northerner to rule us for another 8 years, and tomorrow these same southerners will start wailing and wondering why these Fulanis call them slaves. And funny enough, the very northern candidate they're supporting once insulted these same southerners by saying they are not good enough to become president, and that no northerner should vote for Igbo or Yoruba. Furthermore, you still have middlebelters who have been severely hit by the man's brother herdmens attack still support this same man. I spit on any southerner still supporting a northern candidate to take over from another northerner, especially for a northerner who has openly shown himself to be a religious and tribalistic bigot. Nigeria is too fragile and divided to have this at this point in time. I wonder when the south will get sense. |

JoeNL22:obituary cannot get this figures you claim and cannot win the election.. pls go and learn from history how candidates win election.. even Jonathan when he was the president of Nigeria after the death of yaradua cannot win the election instead he rode under the structures of PDP in the core north, had a block votes from south east and south south and bargain with tinubu and with the solid structure of PDP in south west to win the election |

Atiku who is banking on betrayal of Tinubu to win. Those who stayed in PDP to betray Jonathan in 2015, what became of them? The Southerners are politically naive. Bola Tinubu who is a more formidable politician should step down for Peter Obi. Do you people think at all before saying this? How will Peter Obi defeat Atiku? The establishment needs Atiku. Tinubu is their arch-enemy. Obi is an upstarter, because he has not solidified his base. Who really is more pro-masses between Atiku and Tinubu? |

Tinubu will win. Atiku winning will destroy Nigeria. It doesn’t work that way. There are northerners who understand this and won’t risk it. Fulani won’t rule us for 16 years. Not possible. |

emkz:Obviously you are living in yesterday and haven’t gotten the new memo. If OBI should step down for tinibu…tinibu still win not win an atiku. That’s a fact, take it to any bank. But if it’s the other way round, trust me OBI will floor atiku at the polls. As it stands, the structureless Obi has votes in every corner of Nigeria. I cannot tell you same about atiku I’m an Edo man and it’s a pdp state but I can guarantee you atiku will not get up to 150k votes in Feb from Edo. ( pls bookmark this) |

Tinubu is not sound. The northerners are seeing it, and that's why they are running to Atiku. Traditionally, they would have been in a critical position if Tinubu was sound. But his health has given them a genuine reason. Tinubu's greed is the reason why Atiku will emerge, because Obi actually dismantled Atiku's PDP stronghold in SS and SE. Remember that Tinubu chose Shetima because he is banking on Northern votes. But as it stands, that strategy is heavily flawed because even the northerners are not aligning with him. That's why he has been screaming betrayal recently. emkz: |

Pwettylinda:Wike would have worked for Obi in PDP to get the ticket but he was all over the place then abusing Obi and SE prior to PDP primaries. AA even promised not to contest if they zoned it to SE but Wike rejected. Nobody should blame Tinubu at all |

That will be disastrous for APC and LP. It is really an option awaits the February 25th, 2023 general election. Northern politics is grossly sentimental more than Southern own. |

Ofunaofu:Tinubu can not step down for Obi, don't go there, even if he steps down his men will not vote omo Ibo. If you know you know, politics is a hustle and industry in Nigeria, it's not avenue to serve the people |

That's another good point. The Southern politicians in PDP are useless. Wike practically threw Obi out of the way by making it very difficult for him. Now he is there shouting equity. At least, Tinubu fought for the Southern ticket and got it. But ever since, he has been making serious political blunders, from his Mu-Mu ticket to his outbursts and utterances on campaign grounds. JoeNL22:Obi will not win the elections, Atiku will win NW,NE,NC. Obi will win SE, SS slightly, get much votes in NC. Anywhere any candidate wins,Atiku will surely come second. Tinubu will win SW, with AA and Obi trailing him. Obi will come 2nd in Lagos. Atiku may even win Bayelsa, Osun, Cross Rivers,Akwa Ibom, Delta states. Atiku will win the general election based on the metrics available |
