sometime ago a client chatted me asking for the roof sqm of the building i designed she has gotten to that stage to buy roofing sheets, i provided it without asking for extra money that was weeks after design has been done, she even sent me the pictures of the building.
I also designed a building for client from NL, at final stage he said i will show it to my wife then i will get back to you, and this is even after i submitted his complete drawings and he paid full.

Thank you, am surprised you are saying this but it's well.... If not that i brought it here the client wouldn't have paid and that sit right with you... It's okay,

you kept people on site for extra 4days without telling them why, did you not tell them why or at least plead with them to understand,

keep ignoring the fact that i said it repeatedly that the client refused to tell me what the delay is even when i asked twice, but could come on here to explain why, to me it is a total disregard and disrespect to my person, and to be honest i won't treat a client that way or any other person.
I will do whatever i can to ensure that a client won't drag me here because i delayed to send his drawing after payment has been made 2days earlier. But the said client after 48hrs refused to pay and even when i brought it up here, still refused to pay, it took the comments of people who understood my case for him to pay.

I respect people here, and if you check in all my comments and complaints i never insulted anyone, you want me to apologize for those who were insulted because of the issue.... It's well.

Oga BrickDevo you would have giving some days like 2weeks before bringing the matter here. The time is too short anyway. Thank God you even have his nairaland username, I have done MEP drawings for a client on this forum and decided not to pay one kobo . I printed the drawings, stamp with Coren seal, bind everything together and handed over all the drawings to him including the PDF. He sent somebody to come and collect it and promised to transfer my money immediately he received the hardcopy. Since last year July the man did not pick my calls again and he also block my all numbers. He is from Nairaland and i don't know his username.
