It was Jonathan that reimbursed Obi..The road was reconstructed during Obis tenure whereas During OBJ tenure that same road from Enugu to Onitsha was awarded to politicians from the south east for rehabilitation... They collected money from FG and didn't rehabilitate the road.Its only sign post that was erected. That is why OBJ left the road after all he can't reaward the road for rehabilitation again.

If to se na Lagos State Obi govern the difference for dey very clear.
In terms of Achievements,Obi beat all of them flawlessly.

Obasanjo didn't do any project from Onitsha to Awka, it was Onitsha/Owerri express road that Obj awarded to Julius Berger and CCC

I know including Arthur Eze, Ekweremadu and Co, they embezzled the money for the project, that was why Peter Obi took it up seek and got the approval during Goodluck administration to reconstruct and expand the express and built flyover at that hectic New parts junction Nkpor, he also got the approval from FG to reconstruct and expand Amawbia/Awka express road to six lanes to Anambra boundary with Enugu which he started towards the end of his tenure.

Has anyone disputed the reimbursement? What you dots have refused to accept is that Peter Obi did the road. Why didn't the FG do the renovation before Obi came in?
Why hasn't the FG done all the federal roads begging for attention across the country?

he started it from the head bridge and stopped at toll gate. He also did the flyover at nkpor…. The road is still intact more than 12yrs counting. The federal government refunded Obiano government the money Obi spent on the road. Peter Obi is an enigma when it comes to public administration. He did all these without borrowing a kobo. He paid outstanding debts of the government!

Wale you are in West telling me what's in Anambra, Otondo the facility was built by Peter Obi, the first event that was held at the Square was Reinhard Bonnke crusade in 2007 which I attended, that square is close to my house and know when the construction started

Ask politicians from the south east because from available records, that road has been awarded to contractors from the south east by the FG to reconstruct.
