Is it a good add-on and do people need such features?

Please note that the downside of such feature is that the users won't get the exact value of airtime in their bet account. Let's say they'll get about 70% to 80% worth of their airtime.
This is because there's no direct way to convert that airtime to cash..

I don't know about the withdrawal conditions. You can check that out on their website.

The only way I know and have done, is through betpawa, though they will remove 20% of the deposited amount, then you can stake on low odds and withdraw... I can help you though.
