Goodevening. I have this land that i will one day want to develop. The land is surveyed. The entrance is someone else compound. When i approached the man to give me access road from his compound, he said NO. That his family members are buried in that place. He instead said he will give me access road by the back of his house which i agreed. He now said i must pay him 2M....lol..i asked why.. I know get shi shi.. He said i should pay 1M..i said oga e no dey. He later said 700k.....meanwhile i wanted to sell the land and start up business as work no come dey. Pls i am asking who has been in this situation and how was it handled?. Meanwhile this man na my community person o. |
