Land size : 31m x 16m

Packing space: 4 cars

Budget : Undisclosed

Site Analysis

The site we inherited is one that had an existing structure, (4 bedrooms bungalow) but since our client cannot ascertain the quality of materials used by the previous owner, the option of conversion was thrown out.

And our first task is to bring down the old structure .

It is also worthy of note that the land is really a sloppy one.

Borehole drilling

Not armed with geotechnical test result, when we got to site, we already assumed by visualization based on the topology of the land, that we will be needing a boring machine for the borehole.

Long story cut short, in few hours we had our borehole hand drilled with clean water gushing.

Before we go too far we had a lalasti.lala visitor

The main function of the tie-beam is to act as a length breaker for the wall/column and reduce slenderness ratio.
