Please I need a quotation for a standard soakaway. Location is Ajah. I understand that in that area and Lagos generally they usually cast it on surface and sink. The quotation should include material and labour or just material. Thanks for your help. |

It should range between 600K - 1M depending on site, size and existing materials. I am about to do one for my site and from the estimates I have received I will be spending roughly 600k. |

Oga presido,I have a project I am presently handling in unity estate by cooperative villa ajah Below is d quotation I was given 20 tons of granite. @ 96000 20 tons of sharp sand. @ 40000 70 bags of cements @ 1850. @129,500 20 bag of waterproof cement@600 @12000 1 ton of 12mm iron rod. @135,000 I bundle of binding wire. @7500 50pic of 1X12X12plank @1000 @ 50000 40pic of 2X2x12. @400. @16000 1bag of 3inch nail. @5000 Total material 489,500 Labour. 350,000 Total 839,500 N.B I have not negotiated with the guy yet but I hope to beat his labour to 200k I hope this helps |
