In some cases, I can agree with you that it might not look appealing, but trust me, the taste (and aroma) in most cases is heavenly.

Yes. Otherwise, it's not ewa aganyin.

It's simply by cooking your beans really really soft, then mashing up the beans (with a wooden stick, aka omorogun grin

)

It's better not to mash it all up, so that it does not end up looking unappealing.

If you eat it with soft bread ehn...oh gawd!
