Most people categorize beans as proteinous, but it isn't. Beans is more of carbohydrate than it is proteinous. It is safer to call beans a carbohydrate food. Carbohydrate in beans is 63g as opposed to protein of 21grams. 2 Likes

Try this method: Heat up your palm oil (do not bleach), add and fry some chopped onions (good amount), add in blended fresh peppers, (you can add some crayfish also, but I don't like crayfish in my beans), then add your cooked beans to the palm oil sauce (or the palm oil sauce to your cooked beans, whichever way is more convenient for you), stir, add salt to taste, stir and omg! 3 Likes |
