The narrative that Christians are few in the North is a big lie taken too far for so long. Hitherto these ethnoreligious leaders like Elrufai deceived us, but this year all MUST CHANGE.

Let us visit those statistics and why Elrufai and Garba are frustrated at Peter Obi's growing influence amongst Northern Christians.

In the core NW and NE.
Kaduna state has about 35% Christians
Kebbi state has over 25% Christians
Kebbi state is about 25% Christian. The southern parts of the state are majority Christians.
Katsina state is about 15% Christians
Gombe State is 40 percent Christian (It could be more).
Borno State is 30 Percent Christian.
Bauchi State is 20 Percent Christian
Kano and Jigawa have few Christians but Igbos and the Christian populations are estimated to be about 10% of the population.
These people have predominantly been voting for PDP, but in 2023, they are 80-90%% Obidients

North Central
56% of Taraba people are Muslims. 40% Christians and 4% others.
Nasarawa state has over 30% christians
Plateau State as a whole has a majority Chris- tian population of about 95 percent
Benue is 96% Christians with about 3% Muslims and 1% others.
Adamawa State's 50% of the total population are Christians . Obi is looking at 25% here.
Niger, Kogi, and Kwara are each 40 - 45% Christians.

To 2023 Elections
SE and SS are on lockdown for Peter Obi. We are sure of 90% in SE and 75% in SS. APC and PDP can share the balance.
In SW, 50% of SW PVC holders are in Lagos State and Obi is looking to take 40% of Lagos, which is 20% of all SW votes.
If you now add votes from Oyo, Ondo, Osun, Ekiti, and Ogun to this, Peter Obi is looking at garnering 30% of all SW votes.

You are making lots of sense!

I can see the panick in El-Rufai shrivelled face. This is somebody that says Obi would not see 2000 people or thereabout in kaduna but PO ran a successful two pronged campaign in his state

Governorship election in Kaduna is between two major Muslim candidates in APC and PDP, and a popular Southern Kaduna candidate in LP who is the immediate president of SOKAPU.

He is extremely under pressure to deliver his mu-mu ticket in kaduna and he wants to make sure that Tinubu succeeds so that his crony's flagging election could gather steam through bandwagon effect.

Obi is beating them by their game. What can be so bigotic as Emilokan and mu-mu in an ethnically and religiously diverse country as ours.

Well, it is for the very fact that we have a Muslim-Muslim ticker. Or why would any sane Nigerian consider such?

So are you now implying that a voter should vote based on religion?

Tell that to Elrufai who boasted that there are very few Christians in the north.
Tell that to the APC who have a Muslim/Muslim ticket. Tell that to MURIC that declare they would not vote for a southern Christian.

I know El Rufai lied but If you had quoted some sources it would have been more credible. This is just mere assumptions, maybe from what you see and hear.

Even though it's not all about Christians because not all Christians will vote Obi though majority will, I pray Obi wins this Election insha allah

This your black market population census cum motorpark-like allocation of numbers will soon clear your damaged brain.
Christians in the north have not been voting APC as a party since 2015 to date and yet that hasn't stop the party from winning across northern states.
One example is in Niger and Kaduna where you foolishly allocate numbers of xtians and yet you can't produce any of the 5 highest political offices in the two states.
Kwarans are just being magnanimous with Christians in the state by giving them the deputy governorship position. Their votes can't produce a christuan LG chairman against a Muslim candidate. It's simply a gesture from Kwara muslims!

What nonsense stats is these about Taraba? Have you gone to Taraba and Nasarawa? These two Northern States are majority Christians with Taraba having over 80% Christians and Nasarawa over 65%. Why do you think in all Nigerian Census, religion and ethnicity are always removed by the government in the census form? Have you ever seen any country that conducts census and these important data are removed?

For your information, Yoruba Christians will never vote Tinubu on Muslim-Muslim ticket because we are not fools. When MURIC terrorists told Yoruba Muslims not to vote Yoruba Christians, they all agree.

Christians are not minorities, slaves, or second class citizens in Nigeria. Muslim-Muslim ticket is a big insult to we Yoruba Christians and we shall punish Tinubu for that before Satan will also purnish him.
