Many times, I wonder why Nigerians don't ask the right questions from politicians. Political campaigns are supposed to to be a platform for politicians to expouse their plans and programmes for the people in order to persuade them to vote for them. In other words, politicians are expected to dish out their manifestos during electioneering. However, the reverse is the case with the All Progressives Congress. The party is found of hurling insults and abuses at contestants in opposition parties.

Though I am not a politician and don't belong to any party, I take time to observe and read about various campaigns that are held across the country. Virtually everywhere Tinubu and his team go to campaign, they hurl insults at people and issue abuses at people rather than state their plans and programmes for the nation. Unfortunately, when they begin to utter such gibberish contents, many of their supporters resort to laughter rather than subject their actions to deep thoughts. I often ask, are campaigns supposed to be issue-based or people-based? When will the APC stop campaign of calumny and start focusing on issues rather than attacking individuals?

The number of votes, the useless APC will get in this election, will determine the number of mad/mentally deranged people in this country !!!!!
