When you don't put the masses at the centre of your policies...no matter how good the intentions, it will back fire. Some of these people don't even have bank account, they trade daily with cash as low as #5000....buy goods, sell and use the profit to eat and keep the capital for the early market of next day.. that's how they roll... Now, no cash! People patronising them don't have cash..no matter how little...no cash! Asgard13:U too get sense. Tinubu's desperation knows no bounds. However, Buhari is out to stop him & Atiku,as well as any other vote buying politician. Let's support Buhari on this while we give him some time to sort this scarcity caused by desperate politicians' demand for the new notes.
