Why is firstbank in Benin making life so difficult for every customer? We all know that there are challenges in the economy and banking sector at the moment but the case of firstbank is not just peculiar but worse. ATMs are never loaded, customers can stay in the bank from morning till night, even when other banks have one or two ATMs working, firstbanks ATMs are never working. I'm at Uselu shell branch of firstbank at the moment and the ATMs are still under lock by this time of the day. The most annoying thing is that nobody is even addressing the customers on what is happening. This is the 4th time in 8 days that I'm going to firstbank without getting any money. It becomes so frustrating when you can't report them to any regulator because everybody seems to be above the law in this country. Everybody is tensed up at the moment and anything can lead to a break down of law and order, I just hope the govt will do the right thing for once.

buy why is the case of firstbank worse? Other banks have ATMs working, but firstbank is always an issue. That is what I want to know.
