Hi, applied for a visiting visa for my mum who has never travelled before. I'm a student on SP for one year.

Submitted application- January 13th
Completed Biometrics - January 20th
PPR - February 7th

Mum Bank statement

My 1st semester transcript
My bank statement to shows inflow from my job here
My SP
My birth certificate to show relationship with her
Letter of invitation for purpose of trip

Nothing major or complex.

Thank you. First time applying to Canada, no relative. However 2 US visas,1 current, 1 expired. Several schengen visas. I used the old portal .

Yes, it expires a day before my passport expiry date.

Secondly, does one have to submit their employer’s business registration documents like certificate of incorporation,license and memorandum and articles of association?. Aren’t such documents only require of a business owner?. Thanks!

Invitation letter and copy of identity documents. If they’re going to fund your trip they should state it in the letter and also provide their financial documents along...

calculate how much your flight ticket will be , accommodation, feeding, transportation, shopping and other miscellaneous costs will be. Then you it to determine your proof of funds. It should also be reasonable your total cost cannot be 4m and your present account balance of 5m.

Okay, thanks. But in some countries companies, big companies operate without functional websites or business emails. In my country it’s very common. So without a company profile it’s very hard for a V.O to get a proper view of what the company is.

For Proof of Funds for visa processing, can i present my personal acct, or company acct ? because my personal acct Turnover, is high down Company acct

i think if my Turnover for personal acct up to 200m for 6month, whit closing balance like 10m i hope is okay to apply for Visit Visa

or i should use my company acct, because is new open acct like 3month now

Indeed I agree with you on company registration documents but I believe the profile should be part of the application if there is no other way for the embassy to know company background.
