The association of senior criminals, if you people are not sabotaging the effort of CBN why is the new naira notes not circulating? Those banks that EFCC&ICPC bursted with cash tune to 258m,30 etc why is such things happening?

That is not a cover up, its simply the truth not all banks are hoarding cash, and the banks are not deserve all the blame, it that clown Emiefele that has put commercial banks in a tight and overwhelming situation without adequate contingencies is place.

Do you think hoarding cash would help their business grow? All banks have decided to be wicked to customers? The few that where dispensing previously have ran out of cash. The problem is from the cbn not the banks. Cbn has not produced or distributed enough to replace the old currency hence the shortage.

banks are the problem I will repeat it again... The process was suppose to be a smooth one but they (banks) are sabotaging the process and they never expect a rebuttal from customers.. Now they are crying.. Trust me banks have this money and they are are selling it to bureau de change and also those that exchange naira in parties.. It is getting worse now bcoz what was suppose to serve customers has been sold, with the hopes of more will come in, this is the reason why they don't have in their possession any more and the customers are angry.
