Piyke:What caused the corrosion of the inflator? Did the unit have a nitrogen gas mini-tank? |

aieromon:Honestly not sure of the corrosion, but I've had it sitting in storage for over a year. Possibly humidity had something to do with it. |

GAZZUZZ:Just disclaimer for the untrained. Even though I wouldn't do so myself. Static electricity can deploy those rascals. Some have even had airbags deploy while trying to change steering wheel emblems. 1 Like |

Piyke:The chemicals usually reacts with the metals in the presence of atmospheric oxygen most times after an explosion and this causes that surface rust to build up (my thoughts though). 2 Likes |
