Can the president order Inec to postpone election. I mean legally? The answer is no. Because they are independent and empowered by the law passed by the national assembly.
If the president wants election postponed, they'll have to give INEC specific reasons, which INEC will consider and make a decision.

The same applies to CBN. They decide when to change the currency, as empowered by FRN passed by the national assembly.

I'm of the view that CBN should find a way to improve the supply of the new notes while monitoring effectively to ensure that corrupt bank officials don't connive with corrupt politicians to sabotage the process.
This will help alleviate the suffering of the masses.

Imagine his interview where he said that CBN didn't anticipate challenges in this policy. Is that not cluelessness? The other day, a man went completely naked in the bank. The other one died in an ATM stand only because few individuals want to favour another Fulani man. You should ask yourself, why Atiku is celebrating the policy. I am fully in support of all these litigations against FG. Buhari can't claim to be holy now that nothing is in it for him.
The biggest burden on any APC candidate is buhari performance. He can not turn around and play god against people that God use to raise you.
He cannot through policies and intentional actions jeopardize other people chances.
No serious government will allow fuel price increment of this proportion in an election period nor will he allow policies that will create this level of confusion and hardship on the people.
That fact that people like El-Rufai is openly criticising and challenging his policies should tell you something is wrong.
