If the case is against federal government, supreme court has the locus standi to hear it but if it is against an agency of government, the supreme court cannot. What the governors are doing is to intentionally not sure CBN and not include CBN in the case, so that CBN will not query the right of the supreme court. That will throw them out to go and begin at high court and election will be over before they get to supreme court. it appears to me that the tinubu apc governors have bought the federal government lawyer so he keeps quiet and doesn't insist CBN should be joined as a party. Probably the govt lawyer is a Yoruba man - names like falana or rotimi. They will intentionally keep quiet just to get the agreed judgement
