I am not try trying to insult anyone, but the truth is rivers state as of now is like Delta State, there are a lot of igbos population, an Igbo man will still make his decision either he is gonna reap from it or not..

See I have stayed in the north,lived in south west for 7 years, spend goodtimes in the east, and I can practically tell you how they do politics. The way business is to average Igbo man is also how politics is to the yoruba man.
