The last two days, banks in my area didn't work.

I called somebori that's in awka, he said banks didn't open.

How else will person deposit the remaining old notes he's holding.

Anyway, we're still choppin the old notes

. And people were busy pointing accusing fingers at banks for holding new notes and not releasing them. Useless man.

From what I have gathered, this scarcity of new notes is compounded because people are not returning them to the banks. Ideally, cash is supposed to constantly rotate between us the end users and banks but once people collect new notes, it never returns.
