You dont clear off.

You simply create another project.

How did you create the first one? Just follow same process and on your editor, click on file and navigate to the new project.

If you know how to use command line (cli) which you should also learn, simply navigate to your project folders, then once in the new project folder, do a code . to open in VS code.
