When tinubu took over as lagos state governor in 1999 lagos IGR was below #1B a month but with d infrastructure and developmental strides that attracted investors after military era the IGR became #35B a month in less than 3years in office...

no logical person will expect anambra to become like Lagos overnight or become like London in just 8years of OBI.
