No security agent can burst a Governor as he enjoys immunity, neither can they burst the government house especially under Buhari's regime, if it were to be OBJ they might. So I wouldn't completely rule out an iota of truth in this news.

CBN governor said that more than 70% of naira is outside of banks (CBN and all banks altogether) in Nigeria, which is a bad sign on the economy. Get me right, I don't like Emefiele because of where many of his policies have brought Nigeria. But that fact he stated is not far from the actual fact.
So, where is 70%+ of naira? In the house of Nigerians, mostly the politicians, corrupt contractors, political godfather's, etc.

If you don't believe that greed is as cancer and that it can make humans do the unthinkable, just go and browse the piles of money discovered in Diezani Woman, also browse former Inspector General of police's, Tafa Balogun, money which was buried inside the ground years ago, and many more.

The 22B worth of money may be a bit exaggerated that the man said a sitting governor has stacked away, but if you think man can't steal in Nigeria up to that... Think again.

Also, check or browse the amount in billions a source of information says that a PDP present governorship flagbearer stole for a present and sitting governor from a South South state in the past 8 years. The flagbearer is said to be on a wanted list on EFCC website until recently.
