Let those kidnappers release their captors at their respective camps. No money to pay ransom. They can't buy food for their hosts. Just release them, so they can go home. You guys should find another job (I know they are seeing this post because most of them visit Nairaland and even their agents do) Those forest you take your victims to. Start farming so you can make money and make sure you open bank account to sell your products. Thank you. On a more serious note, I haven't heard of kidnapping since this policy entered this fulll blown stage. 5 Likes |

I doubt but I guess they are probably trying to figure out how to beat CBN at their game. Suddenly nothing like bandits, kidnapping and Boko Haram anymore. 2 Likes |

ciencee: No try am for Igbo land oo. UGM and IPOB dont kidnap for ransome alone. They Cannibalise on their victims too. If you must travel, travel to the North, West or South South. You will be safe in those places.

Almaigaa: I live in Anambra, Awka precisely. Most of the News you read online about the East ain't true, though I can't say for Imo. But in Anambra, Outside occasionally cult clashes, those kidnapper and UGM news ain't true. |

ObosiUkwalla: God forbid. I can not live in IGBO Land. I just came here for a project and ill be leaving soon. I wonder how Igbo people do it, Igbo land is not conducive at all. Cost of things are like 10 times higher than the Almighty North. A Cup of Rice is 400 here. Insecurity is also high. People are being Kidnaped, Killed, Cannibalised etc. No good Roads, almost ZERO infrastructure. Red potopoto everywhere.
