CBN are not doing exchange. They said deposit your old notes. That after January 31st they cease to be legal tender. Then new notes will be released and pumped into the economy. Taking note that withdrawal limits will be enforced as CBN wants to limit cash transactions.

How will you transport election materials and result when riots are ongoing, how will election officers get to their location when riots are going on, how will people get to polling stations safely
