I shared a story here. A friend with farms in Oyo State has to pause operation cos they cannot guarantee payment of staff. The guy is a Nairalnder he lives in the US and has invested a lot into agriculture in Nigeria.

If he stops operations for weeks because he cannot pay staff, what becomes of his investment in the farm? How will he convince workers who are cash daily workers, half of them are from Benin Togo who don't have a bank account and their work is cash and carry
