For me, he's done more than enough to be there.
In a list where you have Selena Gomez, I don't think you can throw anything at Butler.
It doesn't matter if he's done ONE prominent project. The matter is he was phenomenal in the performance. He's also an Oscar nominee. So he's more than qualified.

To show you how good he was, several doors have been opening for him since that movie released. He's probably the hottest young male rising star at the moment asides Majors.

Nobody goes to see a movie these days because of an actor's draw. In fact, I dear say star directors are a thing now compared to movie stars.
