Gosh, I was really annoyed with Smartpolitician for his comment on this thread ( https://www.nairaland.com/7571826/post-status-commercial-banks-area#120957637) even though he's among the reasonable Obidents alongside Raccoon, wiseandtrue among others. For the record, No one, I'm not sure anyone isn't supporting the Policy. The only thing they (including myself) were against is the Timely, Implementation and Lack of New Notes. If we have enough New Notes, no one will be complaining. By the way, This is not how to stop vote buying, does that means that we will keep changing notes every 8 Years ? To stop vote buying, you have to make it a Law and Improve voting Devices. People like us don't have problems as along as My Palmpay, Opay and Kuda are active . I even post it on my Whatsapp status almost everyday that my folks should get those apps. It'll make transfer easier in buying whatever we need. BUT. should we think of ourselves only? Many people from villages brings their Goods from the villages to sell in town. Tomatoes, Pepper, Vegetables, Fruits, Rice, Beans etc and they don't have bank accounts . For example. Ikire is a town located In Osun State. It only has 1 Bank (First Bank) The little town next to it has 1 Bank (Access). If you are using other banks apart from these two O.Y.O is your case, you'll have to visit Ibadan or Osogbo. Ikirun is also another town. They don't even have 1 single bank at all. mynd44, Seun, nlfpmod 2 Likes 1 Share

That's why I questioned NBS stats yesterday. This naira scarcity is supposed make the demand for commodities to crash. I guess they gathered the reports before the cash shortage came into full swing. |

I'm neither a Tinubu or Buhari fan but mentioning Ra.coon and Wiseand.true as among 'reasonable' Nairalanders, is what I don't get. These guys, especially ra.coon, post balderdash, 'logic-less' and childish tirades everyday. 1 Like |

Sammy07:It's not a matter of criticising, but using sensible and logical statements to pass across your criticism, not just posting disjointed balderdash because you want to be seen to be commenting on every single thread. |
