Now ask yourself this question... Why would a USA bank accept funds into their banks from overseas where the person putting in the money for the bank have no business background or documentation to instantiate money is hard and honest work?

If an American citizen puts anything over $10000 in a bank they are investigated in the background to see where that money came from.... Why no such from thieves from foreign countries depositing same amount or more?
