Hello House, plz a friend started his ECA today, but he added OINP to the list of recipients even before getting Nominated..His NOC is in-demand in Ontario (Tech), but I told him that he was supposed to get Nominated first before sending his ECA to OINP..I just found out you can't edit it again to remove the OINP..Plz, does this pose a serious issue..
y

Not an issue at all, the IRCC he is sending to by default, he doesn’t have ITA yet.

Thank you.

Abercrome:

I don’t know anything about PNP so maybe others who went that route can help. But please give IELTS a try yourself so you boost her score. She’ll add you as “accompanying spouse” and you not having a degree or test of language will reduce her score. You self taught yourself IT so I believe you’re a driven person. Give IELTS your best ehn.

Hi not at all.

You only include things that you used for your education evaluation. Shalom.

jasperonyx:
I really need help oo, should I include my secondary school education in the education field when creating profile?
Also, I have typed my language test results, education history,I tried to click save and exit, it's just showing a red circle and have refused to click.
Have anyone experience this?

Hello,
I played around the score like you said. Gave her work experience to be zero(incase her clinical experiencedoes not count as work experience), her IELTS to be 7 band score and line also 7 band score. The score came out at 496. Is that good enough?

GraciousWords:

Please check if her 1 year clinical experience qualifies as at least 1 year of continuous work experience according to IRCC for FSW, see page 1 for what counts as work experience e.g. it must be NOC TEER 0 to 3, paid, 30hours per week etc

She should evaluate her medical degree with the Medical Council of Canada (which should be equivalent to a professional degree, same CRS points as MSc). Since she is fluent in both French & English, is below 30 yrs old, even with 1 yr work experience (if clinical experience passes this test) her CRS will be somewhere between 496 and 504 or higher (hope my maths is correct) IF she can max out on both the TEF Canada and IELTS exams AND you (the spouse) can also evaluate a BSc and max out on IELTS. Play around with the CRS calculator or grid also on page 1 to verify.

I implore you to study page 1 thoroughly. Her age and knowledge of French outweigh the lack of work experience.

You can't qualify without @ least verifiable one year experience. Go and read page1.

She needs a minimum of one year experience to be eligible. The score itself is very okay but you need to check her eligibility for Federal Skill Workers Program. I think someone else married to a doctor already clarified that the clinical experience counts as work experience.

Her clinical experience should count as long as it is paid and it meets the 40 hours per week requirement.

where are you having difficulty in the profile?
it's on the education field and the language field, I don't know what I am doing wrong, it's still in progress, even after putting in the correct information. My degree was evaluated as a professional degree, I putmit when I was asked the result of the evaluation, I will as also asked the degree awarded,I put professional degree or masters, although I don't have a Master, but CES evaluated it as so.

also, in filling spouse's information, since he is yet to do his evaluation and English test, can put that he finished from a school? And that he is competence in English.
Thank you so much.

I don't think you should put that if there is no evaluation and English test. You can just put that he has no education, because they will still ask you if ther is an evaluation, same with putting that he is competence in English. Try this and click send.
Let others put in their suggestions..

Please has anyone here been in this situation, received Alberta's NOI in the Express Entry profile but the letter is not downloadable, you could only read it on screen, but the process requires one to send an email to Alberta to accept the NOI. Would there be another email that would contain the letter or how one go about this? Please your response would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your response. Did that already but it copied other stuff in the profile. Just wanted to be sure that another letter is not coming from the Government of Alberta. I appreciate.

First step is to accept the notification of interest. To do that, you will need to reply with a letter stating that you are accepting the NOI, include your EE profile number, CRS score(not sure about this) and email address in the letter. Check AINP website for the email address to send the letter to.
When they receive your letter, they will send you a link to apply for AINP.

Because it’s PNP. Pnp draws usually never surpasses 1,000 people.
